BioFormer world champion Scott Harrison has been jailed for a total of eight months for drink-driving and assault. The 31-year-old received a six-month sentence after he admitted driving in Glasgow while almost four times the legal alcohol limit. The boxer, from Cambuslang, near Glasgow, was earlier jailed for two months for assaulting girlfriend Stacy Gardner and a police officer in a separate incident. Sentencing him on Tuesday for drink-driving, Sheriff Lindsay Wood said: "You were totally devoid of responsibility.''
Harrison was also banned from driving for four years at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
